The second grant cycle of 2017 will open for receipt of new pre-proposals on April 1 and will close when the number of eligible pre-proposals reaches 25 or at 5 pm on April 15, whichever occurs first. To apply, first, take the eligibility self-survey to make sure your organization is currently eligible. Then, read the guidelines and the FAQs and download a fresh version of the application form to make sure you are using the current form.
