The Charleston Academy of Music has been awarded a $9,052 grant by the S.C. Arts Commission for the 2013 fiscal year. CAM students receive musical instruction and performance opportunities through the following programs: Academy, Honors and Kidzymphony Orchestra.
Several foundations and individuals are helping CAM meet its obligation of matching the Arts Commission grant with local dollars. Some of the support includes Coastal Community Foundation, Jerry & Anita Zucker Family Endowment, Henry & Sylvia Yaschik Foundation, Joanna Foundation, Herzman-Fishman Foundation and private donors.
