The Letter of Intent (LOI) submission dates for 2025 are now available. The first opportunity to submit a new LOI application is Wednesday, January 8. Other due dates in 2025 are April 9 and August 13. LOIs will be accepted only on a designated due date and only on the designated LOI Form. The form and detailed instructions are provided on the Application Procedures page of this website.
