The next window for submitting new LOIs will open at midnight on Thursday, January 5, 2023, and close at 5 PM on Thursday, January 12, 2023, or sooner if the maximum number of eligible applications is received. Before starting to prepare an application, please do the following: (1) confirm your eligibility by completing the self-survey on the Application Page of this website, and (2) download and rename the current LOI Form from the Application Page of this website before beginning to fill in the blanks.
