The window for submitting a Letter of Intent will open at 9 AM on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The window will remain open all day, closing promptly at 5 PM on the same day. A maximum of 20 LOIs will be selected for review from among all of the eligible LOIs received.
In the past applicants had to jockey intensely at the starting time and the window would close virtually immediately as LOIs were accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Earlier this year we adopted a process that keeps the window for submission open all day, then uses random number assignment to select for review the maximum of 20 LOIs from all eligible LOIs received. Applicants are notified the following day and those whose LOIs are not selected for review remain eligible to submit in the next cycle.
