The window for submitting new LOIs is now open. BEFORE you submit, please (1) read the application guidelines on this website, (2) complete the eligibility self-survey on this website to confirm that your organization is eligible to submit at this time, and (3) download the LOI Form to your device and re-save it with a new name as indicated in the LOI instructions. The submission window will close at 5 pm on the 15th of this month or when we reach the maximum number of 25 eligible applications. Having a cap is necessary to manage the workload in order to be able to conduct fair and thorough reviews of each application. If we hit the max. the window will close before the 15th.
