Applicants no longer must try to insert additional information into the LOI form in order to submit a single pdf file. Multiple files will be accepted. Your submittal should contain the completed LOI form plus two additional pdf files: a list of organizational officers and directors with professional affiliations and a copy of your IRS letter of determination. Don’t worry if you have already almost completed your LOI for May submission — the form fields have not changed, only the instructions about how to submit the additional required information. Either the original LOI form or the v2 form will be accepted.
